POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
The Gathering is available to rent 7 days a week! Rental hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The event space is 1000 square feet and can hold 40 people comfortably at banquet tables(the more decor/props and backdrops, etc., the less people it will hold). There are 8 rectangular banquet tables available that seat 6, 4 round 48 inch tables that seat 4, , 4 rectangular tables for food/drinks/gifts etc., 48 folding chairs and a food prep space at the back with two tables, a refrigerator and microwave. Universal chair covers are needed for chairs.
There is no option to cook on site. All food must be prepared off site and brought in. Prep tables, a microwave and a refrigerator are available for use.
There are two restrooms available.
The hourly rental rate is $50 per hour. Please be sure to rent enough hours that will include enough time for set up and breakdown/clean up. A $50 deposit is required to secure a reservation rental. An additional $50 will be added if the event goes beyond time rented.
No candles or open flames are allowed.
There is no provided wifi in the building.
No tape, tacks, or anything can be attached to walls unless it's removal wall adhesives.
Parking is available in the front parking lot and at the back of the building as well as to the left of the building down the stairs.
Tables and chairs need to be left out and not stacked up and stored away. Please clean the facility and return it to the state found. Deep cleanings will be done by in between each rental by me or my staff. Please empty trash at trash bin behind building on hill. Any damages to the building will result in a fine of $250 and lack of cleaning will result in not being able to rent again.
Rental items such as backdrops(round and square), table centerpieces, chair covers, linens, balloon arches, large stand up letters(with or without glass table top) and other decorative items are available to enhance your special event. Please message for pricing.
